CLEVELAND (CN) - Denver Nuggets power forward Nene Hilario claims his former translator, roommate and personal assistant, Joseph Santos, cheated him by misrepresenting a personal services contract that gave Santos 6 percent of Hilario's worldwide income for seven years. Hilario, a native of Brazil who speaks Portuguese, did not sue Santos in this claim in Cuyahoga County Court, but the attorneys who drew up the contract, Peter M. Poulos, a former partner in Taft, Stettinius & Hollister.
