DALLAS — A federal judge in Texas compelled arbitration in the lawsuit filed by professional basketball player Nerlens Noel against his agent, who allegedly refused to take calls from team representatives, including the Philadelphia 76ers, where Noel began his NBA career, and flubbed a deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
