Navy’s Quota System Is Long Gone, Court Rules

WASHINGTON (CN) - The D.C. Circuit rejected a challenge to the Navy Chaplain Corps' religious quota system, which allegedly turned down non-liturgical Protestant applicants, because the Navy eliminated its quota policy in 2001.
