Navy vaccine mandate

FORT WORTH — A federal court in Texas certified a class action relating to more than 4,000 Navy service members who object to being vaccinated against Covid-19 on religious grounds. The court also extended to the class a preliminary injunction it previously granted to a smaller group of sailors.
