Navigable waters

TUCSON, Ariz. — In a suit brought by six Indian tribes, a federal judge in Arizona granted the Environmental Protection Agency’s request to remand the Trump administration’s Navigable Waters Protection Rule for its reconsideration, but found that the rule must also be vacated to prevent environmental harm while the Biden administration works to revise the regulation that reduced clean water protections.
