Naturalization Petition

The Ninth Circuit ruled that a lower court improperly ruled against a B-2 non-immigrant who overstayed her visa and sought naturalization after her marriage to a U.S. citizen. The woman’s divorce and subsequent marriage were valid under California law, the court ruled.
