The Electronic Privacy Information Center demands that the National Security Agency turn over the full text of President George W. Bush's National Security Presidential Directive 54, of Jan. 8, 2008, and any related privacy policies on information shared with private contractors to facilitate the Initiative, in a FOIA complaint in DC Federal Court.
