‘National Foundation’ Accused Of Fraud

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The National Foundation of America is accused of securities fraud in Superior Court, and so are Robert Frost, Richard K. Olive and Susan Olive. The State of Florida in May this year ordered the Franklin, Tenn.-based Foundation, and its officers Richard and Susan Olive, to cease and desist from offering unlicensed insurance in Florida. Florida claims the Olives targeted the elderly for felony financial abuse.
