A federal court in California denied environmental groups’ motion for a temporary restraining order to halt a logging project in the Stanislaus National Forest undertaken after the 2013 Rim Fire.  

SAN FRANCISCO – A federal court in California denied environmental groups’ motion for a temporary restraining order to halt a logging project in the Stanislaus National Forest undertaken after the 2013 Rim Fire.  

The case was also transferred to the Eastern District of California.
