MANHATTAN (CN) - Corbis Corp. claims the National Museum of Crime and Punishment in Washington, D.C., is displaying at hundreds of photos in violation of copyright. Corbis says the museum agreed to pay $139,600 for rights to 705 images, but has not paid Dime One.
Corbis says it terminated the museum's license, but it continues to use the images.
Corbis demands $1.4 million in its federal complaint.
