N.Y. Court Reverses Comcast-NFL Ruling

NEW YORK (CN) -A New Yorkappellate courtreversed a ruling that allowed Comcast to move the NFL Network to a sports tier, rather than include it in a larger viewing package. The court said the language of the 2004 agreement between the network and cable-television giant was too ambiguous to rule in favor of either side.
