EMPLOYMENT - Surgeons sued when their employment contracts were terminated because they refused to sign a contract that gave defendants 33 percent of their revenues for management fees and research costs. The appeals court allowed them to renew and reargue their request to remove restrictions on certain transcripts of an internal fair hearing, because those documents are not privileged material.
