N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - The New York Appellate Division publicly censured attorney Harold Meyerson for agreeing to buy a narrative report of a patient's medical condition in exchange for referrals from a doctor. The court settled on censure as a sanction because, though the arrangement was unethical and illegal, it was not the classic solicitation scenario.
