N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEY FEES - The New York Appellate Division found that attorney fees for the work of prosecuting a prior appeal were properly calculated. Most of the arguments raised on appeal were unsuccessful, and the Jamaica Arms Hotel failed to show that the work performed on appeal was more complicated than the work done at trial. Affirmed.
