ATTORNEYS - The appellate division publicly censured attorney Steven Lawrence Raskind for having his paralegal forge a client's name on a civil summons. Raskind asked the court to consider his unblemished record, the stress of his fiance's illness, his own physical exhaustion, and the burden of dealing with the unreasonable demands of the injured client's husband.
