N.Y. Appellate Divisions

FAMILY LAW - The appellate division held that a husband's attempt to bribe a judge in a divorce action was properly considered when the wife was awarded 100 percent of the house. Domestic Relations Law provides that marital fault may be taken into consideration under the statute's catch-all provision, which allows consideration of "any other factor" that may be "just and proper."
