N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - Plaintiffs hired a law firm to help them acquire property on which they could make barbecue sauce. Instead, they ended up buying a remediated hazardous waste disposal site some eight years after the purchase agreement was signed. The appellate division found that judgment was properly entered in favor of plaintiffs' legal malpractice action. Affirmed. See ruling.
