N.Y. Appellate Divisions

FAMILY LAW, ATTORNEY FEES - The appellate division found that the parties' divorce stipulation should apply to the wife's action to modify the visitation provision of the settlement. The agreement's provisions, rather than statutory provisions, control when the parties have agreed to provisions in a settlement that govern the award of attorney's fees. Reversed. See ruling.
