N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - Theappellate divisiondenied the defendant's motion to disqualify the Storch Amini law firm. Plaintiff, a former attorney in defendant's legal department, was represented by the firm in a suit against the company for sexual harassment. The court determined that no attorney-client relationship had been established between Storch Amini, despite consultations with the plaintiff and twoattorneys still employed by thedefendant, so there is no irrebuttable presumption of disqualification.
