N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - The appellate division suspended attorney Howard L. Blau until pending disciplinary matters have been concluded and until further order of the court. Bank recordsindicated that he had misappropriated and converted more than $300,000 from an estate he represented, a sum that far exceeded the fee he claimed he was entitled to keep, and he has failed to establish his legal entitlement to that money, along withclient funds from another case.
