N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEY FEES - In an underlying action, a fee dispute broke out between the petitioner, the party's former counsel, and respondent, the current counsel. The appellate division found that the petitioner's motion to enforce an attorney's lien should have been enforced because respondents failed to prove that petitioner was fired for cause. Reversed.
