ATTORNEYS, FAMILY LAW - A New Yorkappellate divisionfound that an attorney was properly disqualified in representing a father in four related child abuse and neglect proceedings because the attorney communicated with one of the children and used her as an interpreter when speaking with the parties without the knowledge or consent of the legal guardian.
