N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - A New York appellate division found that, although the plaintiff had to pay additional damages to a landlord because the plaintiff's law firm made ineffective offers, the finding that they were ineffective merely reflects an unsuccessful litigation strategy and does not constitute negligence. Legal malpractice claim reversed.
