N.Y. Appellate Divisions

ATTORNEYS - Two lawyers prevailed in a legal malpractice case in a New York appellate division. The plaintiff failed to show any loss from the first attorney's failure to fulfill his contract with the plaintiff. The second lawyer was not negligent in his failure to extend a mechanic's lien, because he was retained after the lien had expired.
