JERSEY CITY (CN) - Hudson County sued its former County Executive Robert Janiszewski, and a slew of his alleged associates, claiming Janiszewski accepted bribes in exchange for county contracts and other favors while he ran the county, from 1988 to 2001. Janiszewski is in prison in New York.
Here are the defendants in Hudson County Court: Robert Janiszewski, Gerard Lisa, Lisa & Associates P.C., Jay Booth, Jersey Capital Markets, Tri-State Capital Corp., M.H. Meyerson & Co., Red-Horse Securities LLC, Charles Fallon, Fallon & Fallon LLP, Dr. Oscar Sandoval, Hudson County Psychiatric Associates, and Nidia Davila-Colon.
