N.J. Appellate Court

NEGLIGENCE - A ladder distribution company successfully brought a legal malpractice claim against the lawyer who represented the company in a products liability case. The New Jersey Appellate Court found that the opinion of the company's legal malpractice expert was competent evidence of the legal malpractice standard of care sufficient to support the jury's verdict. Affirmed. See ruling.
