N.J. Appellate Court

ENVIRONMENT - The New Jersey Appellate Court ruled that the owner of a skating rink was properly convicted for playing loud music under the town's noise ordinance. J. Coburn found that the rink owner failed to show that the ordinance had not been approved by the Department of Environmental Protection.
