INSURANCE - The Carriers' minor son molested the Philbricks' children while babysitting, and the Philbricks sought coverage under the Carriers' homeowners insurance policy for negligent entrustment. The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled that the injuries to the victim stemmed from the excluded act of sexual molestation. Philbrick v. Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co.
