N.D. Supreme Court

ATTORNEYS - The North Dakota Supreme Court reinstated Elizabeth Jane Sundby to the practice of law under the condition that she worked with an experienced supervising lawyer and continued her treatment for bipolar disorder. Sundby recognized the seriousness of the misconduct that led to her suspension, including neglecting client matters and failing to cooperate in the investigation of a complaint. See ruling.
