N.C. Town Can Ban Sex Offenders From Parks

RALEIGH, N.C. (CN) - Registered sex offenders do not have a constitutional right to enter public parks, the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled. The justices dismissed a lawsuit challenging the town of Woodfin's policy of banning sex offenders from knowingly entering parks.
