LAPORTE, IND. (CN) - The father of a student at Michigan City High School claims his daughter's teacher, John Scheimann, defamed him and injured his daughter by telling her classmates, falsely, that her father, who is Muslim, is a "terrorist" who is on the Department of Homeland Security's "terror watch list."
