QUEENS, N.Y. - Jordan Smith Bey aka Rick Shepard claims Sony Music, successor to CBS/Columbia Records, re-released overseas his 1970's tunes "Can We Share It" and "I'm Gonna Change," without providing him an accounting or royalties, in Queens County Court.
