LOS ANGELES - Al Jourgensen and his band, Ministry, claim Gigantic Pictures, its CEO Edward Bates, and Doug Freel breached an agreement to give Jourgensen final approval of a documentary on the band, misappropriated his image by distributing the film, and owe him $70,000, in Superior Court.
