SACRAMENTO (CN) - TufAmerica defrauded The Orchard Enterprises of $2.4 million by promising to deliver 11,000 commercial recordings for distribution, but delivering mostly "'junk' tracks - false starts, incomplete songs, corrupt files, out-takes, duplicates, multiple versions of the same songs and songs in the wrong genres," Orchard claims in Federal Court.
