LOS ANGELES — A California appeals court revived negligence claims against entertainment company Live Nation brought by the family of a 19-year-old girl who died of a drug overdose at the 2015 Hard Summer Music Festival. Live Nation challenged the family’s contention that the girl would have survived had appropriate medical care been readily available, but the company did not offer any supporting evidence.
