The Iowa Supreme Court upheld an appeals court decision that found Fontae Buelow, who was convicted of murder, is entitled to a new trial to allow him to present evidence supporting his defense that the victim committed suicide.

DES MOINES, Iowa —  The Iowa Supreme Court upheld an appeals court decision that found Fontae Buelow, who was convicted of murder, is entitled to a new trial to allow him to present evidence supporting his defense that the victim committed suicide.
