Murder Confession Voicemail

The Georgia Supreme Court ruled that the lower court properly admitted into evidence a tape-recorded voicemail left by a defendant on his daughter’s answering machine, in which he confessed to killing a woman. The duplicate recording was no different in quality than the original recording.
