Mubarak Sanctions

The European General Court on Wednesday upheld longtime EU sanctions against former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak, finding recent progress toward democracy in Egypt makes it even more imperative that the EU not reward Mubarark’s embezzlement of state funds by lifting the restrictions.
