Federal prosecutors introduced this text message exchange at the trial of Bill Baroni and Bridget Ann Kelly over their coordination of lane closures on the George Washington Bridge for political retribution. The "Mr. Wolf" picture is a reference to the government's star witness, David Wildstein who often likened himself to the fixer character in "Pulp Fiction" played by Harvey Keitel. Another movie, "Trading Places," is referenced in the reply $1.
