LOS ANGELES - Perpetual Media Capital Ltd. demands $8 million from the National Bank of California, claiming it breached a contract to finance a Wesley Snipes film called "Game of Death," after Perpetual had spent $7 million on it and paid fees to the bank, in Superior Court.
