The Coast Guard created the zone on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway near Southport, North Carolina, for nighttime filming of action scenes for a “major motion picture.” The safety zone will be enforced between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. from July 25 to 27, and again from Aug. 1 to 3.
