LOS ANGELES - Mimran Schur Pictures claims these defendants fraudulently induced it to invest $5.8 million in a (nonparty) Robert DeNiro movie called "Stone," by inflating estimates of foreign sales: Nu Image, Millennium Films, Stoneburgh Productions, Avi Lerner, Danny Dimbort and Trevor Short.
