SEATTLE – Affirming summary judgment for the U.S. Forest Service, a Ninth Circuit panel ruled Friday the feds did “just enough to comply” with federal forest and environmental laws in approving logging, prescribed burning and other projects in a Grizzly Bear Recovery Zone in Montana.
