Moms Say ‘Nursery Water’ Claims Are Bogus

LOS ANGELES (CN) - DS Waters of America advertised and sold expensive, fluoridated "Nursery Water" with false claims that it will "'help nourish' infants and toddlers and 'strengthen' their teeth at prices much higher than other bottled waters," and falsely claims that the American Dental Association, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Academy of Pediatrics endorsed the product, a class-action complaint claims in Superior Court.
