MARSHALL, Texas (CN) - A physician's assistant barricaded a patient in an exam room and masturbated onto her, then "threatened (her) with further harm if she told anybody," she claims in court.
Debra Ford sued Christopher Magill and Mad Dog Enterprises LP dba Affordable Healthcare Clinic in Harrison County Court.
Ford claims Magill examined her when she went to the clinic complaining of shoulder and arm pain.
"During this visit Magill proceeded to violate plaintiff's privacy, dignity, and well-being in order to satisfy his own sick deviant mind," the complaint states.
"Specifically, Magill removed plaintiff's shirt then barricaded her in the exam room, refusing her requests for a nurse monitor.
"He then fondled and squeezed her breasts while asking her 'if she liked it.'
"Following these horrific acts, he continued his exploitation of plaintiff by exposing his penis and then proceeding to masturbate until the point of ejaculation onto plaintiff's person.
"As plaintiff was obviously in a state of shock, defendant then threatened plaintiff with further harm if she told anybody about the events that had just occurred.
"He then left the room."
Ford claims her "allegations were recited in an order of the Texas PA Disciplinary Panel which resulted in the suspension of Magill's license on August 2, 2012."
She seeks punitive damages for sexual assault and battery, sexual exploitation, negligent hiring, negligent supervision and gross negligence.
