SANTA ANA, Calif. — A California federal judge denied a model’s misappropriation of likeness claims against Cardi B for allegedly lifting the tattoo on the model’s back and putting it on a different model for the cover of her mixtape Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1. The model did not timely file the motion, as it has been more than 28 days since the jury trial’s verdict against him.
