Model Says Playboy|Hit a Penalty Shot

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A model sued Playboy and its radio host Kevin Klein, claiming she agreed to be photographed with a golf ball on a tee between her butt cheeks, but never agreed that Klein could take a whack at it.

Elizabeth Dickson sued Playboy Enterprises International, Playboy Plus Enterprises and Klein for battery and negligence, in Superior Court.

Dickson says she suffered "severe" and permanent injuries two years ago after she won a contest to represent Traverse City, Mich. at a March 2012 Playboy golf tournament at the Industry Hills Golf Club in Los Angeles.

She claims event organizers asked her to lie flat on the golf course with her "buttocks partially exposed" so they could photograph her and Klein, then a Playboy employee. A tee was placed in between her butt cheeks and a golf ball put on top of it, she says.

Klein took a swing with a golf club and smashed Dickson on the buttocks, she says.

"Plaintiff was never informed and never consented to allow defendant Kevin Klein to hit her with the golf club or even attempt to hit the golf ball that was balanced on the tee that was placed between her buttock cheeks," the lawsuit states.

Dickson, now a resident of Westland, Mich. seeks $500,000 in damages, medical expenses and costs.

She is represented by Jeffrey Molchan with The Legal Office of David Grey of Beverly Hills.

Neither Molchan nor Playboy immediately responded to requests for comment.
