LOS ANGELES — A federal judge in California ruled that professional model Genevieve Morton may not bring copyright infringement claims against Twitter in this lawsuit arising from a user’s posting a nude photograph of Morton that had been published in a limited-edition calendar. The court had previously decided that Morton does not own the copyright to the photo, so collateral estoppel bars her claim.
