LICENSING - J. Price reversed the placement of a pharmacy's permit on probation after the pharmacy pleaded guilty to conspiring to give drug samples to doctors with the understanding that Medicaid would be billed for the drugs. The pharmacy agreed to pay the state $1.8 million in return for indemnification, barring the State Board of Pharmacy's punitive measure. See ruling.
