Missouri Supreme Court

CLASS ACTIONS - The state Supreme Court ruled that the lower court abused its discretion in certifying a class of mortgage customers who claimed Allied Mortgage Capital Corp. charged them unfair prices for credit checks and other fees. The lower court should have defined more clearly which fees qualified former customers to be a part of the class. See ruling.
